It is hard to believe that this year we will celebrate our 500,000th hours of paid employment. I was there for the first hour in 1993, and I have never forgotten our mandate and our job since then.

Supported Employment is only one part of our job; it is also about developing the human resource capital waiting to be tapped in individuals with barriers to employment, ensuring choices, and supporting individuals in their decisions.

With a changing labor market we have to remain open to new opportunities, see the abilities in individuals and the value of everyone in our community.
