Shelley Andrews
EMPLOYMENT COUNSELLOR

Shelley has been part of our team for over 17 years.  As an Employment Counsellor, she maintains a busy case file with individuals (and their families) that are working in the community and their employers to ensure that they successfully stay connected and maintain meaningful long-term employment. Shelley also holds the title of Secretary with the Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE)a nation-wide Board of Service Providers promoting inclusivity and diversity in the workplace for individuals with a disability.

Christina Higdon
CAREER DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Christina joined our team in 2015 and brings with her over 20 years of professional experience in the social services industry. Christina’s passion for supported employment truly shines through in her role as our Career Development Coordinator; in her role, she works with job seekers to help them achieve successful, long-term, and meaningful employment with local employers that embrace inclusion and diversity.

Ashley Hammond
MENTORABILITY REGIONAL COORDINATOR

Ashley joined our team in 2020 as the Regional Coordinator (NL & PE) for the MentorAbility Canada Project and brings with her over 7 years of experience. She works closely with our community in Newfoundland & Labrador and beyond to allow job seekers to explore their career interests and learn more about a particular industry through a local or virtual mentorship experience. She also works with different groups across Canada to offer informative information sessions and resources to help employers learn more about how they can become more inclusive for individuals with disabilities in their workplace.

Megan Marshall
AUTISM PILOT PROGRAM FACILITATOR

Megan joined the team in 2020 as the Facilitator of a brand new Autism Employment Program. Megan has been working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum for over 20 years. With experience in residential care, therapeutic recreation, and education & employment supports, Megan brings along with her a lens of inclusivity and empowerment to the individuals she works with, as she connects them to independent and meaningful employment.
